Giles Cattermole

Giles Cattermole has degrees from Cambridge [Engineering and Philosophy], NCAE/Cranfield [Design], and INSEAD [MBA].  He worked as an engineer for Rolls Royce, Ford Motor, Shell, BP, UN/UNIDO,  UN/FAO, USAID and Deutsche Entwicklungsdienst.  As a consultant since 1982, he has concentrated on client firms’ costs, service and marketing, as levers for competitive success.  Giles developed Reverse Costing as a tool to serve this, applying it to manufacturing industry, services, finance and defence.  He speaks English, French and some German. He does not do government work.
